BEFORE YOU ATTEMPTING TO BOOK WITH US:
Can your event draw no less than 100 people for your show? We have a very large capacity with an overhead to match. Instead of going through the headache, and wasting time with press kits and phone calls please realize that the Annex gets several e-mails a day. Most of which want a weekend date. It is physically impossible to allow every band who contacts us a show. We will review your material and try to get back to you in a timely manner. If the date you want is less than a month away... The chance of getting that date are very slim. Please be patient with us. If you do not get the date you wanted, we still add your info to a database and maybe we can do business in the future.

LOAD-IN INFORMATION:

LOCAL AND REGIONAL ACTS
Headliner is expected to load in NO LATER THAN 6 PM day of show (occasionally this will be earlier depending on the type of show, start time, bill size). If you do not make it at that time we cannot guarantee a soundcheck. Openers are to be here NO LATER THAN ONE HOUR BEFORE DOORS OPEN.

Promoting your show:

We do expect you to promote your show as best as you can, this includes flyering and contacting local press and radio. Here’s a handy list of press and radio that you should get your materials to no less than 2 weeks in advance of your date:
